The recruitment service for British game and Wildlife Managers

Mea Opus invite Game and Wildlife Managers at all career levels, from students to Head Keepers of many years of experience to register their ideal future position, along with their CV’s.

These will be held on a confidential and secure basis.

When positions matching a candidate’s ideal choice become available, Mea Opus will, with the candidates’ consent, introduce the most suitable for interview. There is no charge to candidates for registering, or in the event of a successful appointment.

Mea Opus believes many Game and Wildlife Managers do not appreciate their skills, knowledge and experience. By registering with Mea Opus there is now a platform that will introduce candidates to positions perhaps previously not considered, but also receive encouragement from the Mea Opus team to apply

Clients

Potential employers, who own or manage farms and estates, now have access to the best candidates with the most relatable experience at all career levels, with the associated benefits of significant time and cost savings in the recruitment process – with the utmost discretion and confidentiality assured.

What’s in it for me?
When a client instructs Mea Opus, and the employment criteria are clearly identified, the employers will receive a small number of pre-approved CVs in addition to covering correspondence that introduces the ideal potential candidates. These individuals will be both keen to be considered for the position and deemed able to fulfil the employment criteria.

Candidates

Now, in complete confidence, Game and Wildlife managers can register their interest to be considered for future employment positions in their chosen specialism, be it low ground, deer management, Hill keeper, Wildlife Ranger or indeed unique positions which in many instances are never advertised nationally.

What’s in it for me?
Many candidates are aware they may not be able to secure their ideal post for 4 to 5 years yet have signed up to Mea Opus to ensure they have the best possible chance of securing exceptional roles in future.

The Process

In the first instance, we encourage both prospective clients and candidates to call us to discuss their individual and professional requirements – we believe in a very personal approach!

The questionnaire only takes approx. 15 minutes to complete and if there is any section/question you cannot/do not wish to answer simply proceed to the next one then press submit. It is helpful to have a copy of your CV ready, but it is not essential to upload your CV at this stage.
The more questions you answer the better placed we will be to offer you your perfect new role. If you wish to have any help or assistance please do not hesitate to call us.
